Tai Chi

Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese form of martial art/exercise that anyone can learn regardless of age or physical condition.

Tai Chi is based on ancient Chinese martial arts movements that are linked together like a dance routine.

This course teaches the 24 movement Yang Style form, the standard of the World Wu Shu Federation.

Cane & Stick Fighting

The innocuous walking cane is the most versatile and practical weapon you can carry. Effective from 10 feet away or when grappling up close. You can carry it anywhere, even on planes, and few people will suspect you have a deadly weapon on you.

The best part is that learning how to use a cane is easy. A half dozen simple techniques are all you need to learn to destroy an attacker and even multiple attackers.

This workshop suits men and women of all ages and all fitness levels. This exciting workshop teaches the most practical self-defense techniques anyone can use to protect themselves from assault. No fancy and useless joint locks or kicks, these techniques were developed to be taught to the blind that is so easy and effective you could defend yourself even in the dark.

Self Defense was developed by Stefan Verstappen, who created the self-defense techniques taught to the blind, women, and children.
