On a Sad Note
My friend Joe Hyams, author of the book. Zen in the Martial Arts passed away last November. Joe 's book was a great inspiration for me in my martial arts training. Joe and I were working on a book together on self defense for seniors when he went to visit his old teacher Bruce Lee.
