Street Safety Mini-Camp ~ 2 days ~ $110
This camp is based on a unique new street-proofing and safety program that
teaches kids ages 6 to 10 how to be safe, how to protect themselves from
danger, and what to do in an emergency. Role-playing games and
demonstrations are used to teach. Physically re-enacting a skill through
games and exercises will enable the children to use that skill instinctively
later if they need to. These games teach children survival skills without
causing anxiety or a loss of innocence.
Fee covers 20-page full-color workbook that contains 19 home and street
safety lessons, certificate of completion, and snacks both days. Bring a bag
lunch.
